Corporate workspace finished in Scottsdale

Posted

Wespac Construction has completed a 60,510-square-foot corporate workplace for Troon at Kierland II in Scottsdale.

Located on the building’s fourth floor, the new space brings together executive, meeting, collaboration and employee areas designed around Troon’s day-to-day operations and long-term workplace needs, according to a press release.

Wespac served as general contractor for the project, working alongside Troon and RSP Architects to execute the tenant improvement and coordinate construction throughout the occupied Kierland II office environment.

Wespac’s project team included Project Superintendent Trevor Hibbert and Senior Project Engineer Jack Call, who worked with RSP Architects team members Alissa Franconi and Eli Toay.
