Clarendale Arcadia opens information center and introduces new team members

Posted

Clarendale Arcadia has opened its new information center and named two team members to head up the senior residential community currently under construction.

The community is scheduled to open this summer, located along the Camelback Corridor close to both Arcadia and Paradise Valley.

Stefanie Smith has been named executive director and Michelle Kiel has been named director of sales and marketing.

“It’s exciting to see Clarendale Arcadia come to life,” Smith stated in the release. “Construction has been moving smoothly, and with the information center now open, I am looking forward to introducing Phoenix-area retirees and their families to an all-new luxury senior lifestyle.”

Offering panoramic mountain views and unmatched amenities and hospitality, Clarendale Arcadia will provide independent living, assisted living and memory care options designed to keep residents connected to friends and family in Arcadia and Paradise Valley.

As executive director, Smith provides leadership and direction for the Clarendale Arcadia team. She brings more than 18 years of senior living experience, exclusively in the Phoenix area to the role, so she is uniquely positioned to help individuals explore their lifestyle options in the Valley.

“I am a proud fourth-generation Arizona native and have called Phoenix home since 1994,” Smith stated. “I know the area and am delighted to lead an extremely talented and caring team committed to providing residents outstanding service and care—along with beautiful residences. It is my privilege to be a part of this big step in our residents’ lives.”

To help Smith identify seniors who would love the Clarendale Arcadia lifestyle, Kiel has stepped into the role of director of sales and marketing.

“Serving our residents and their families is, in my opinion, the highest honor and I take pride in creating meaningful relationships,” Kiel stated in the release. “It is a passion of mine to find solutions that help families navigate this new chapter in their lives with dignity and grace."

Smith and Kiel may be reached at the new Clarendale Arcadia information center, located at 2720 E. Camelback Road, Suite 280, or by phone at 480-573-3700. According to the release, they are pleased to discuss construction progress, share floor plans and outline community amenities at Clarendale Arcadia.

“From their first introduction to Clarendale Arcadia through each and every day with us, my goal is to create ‘wow’ moments that exceed expectations,” Kiel stated.
