Scottsdale-based Casago staff and executives recently collected toys to donate to needy children in the Rocky Point community in Sonora, Mexico.

Casago collected and donated hundreds of toys for Rocky Point children in need, according to a press release. Toys collected were distributed at Rocky Point’s annual holiday celebration, or “posada” in Spanish.

“Rocky Point is such a welcoming and friendly community, and we know that there are families in the community that could benefit from some assistance this holiday season,” said Steve Schwab, Casago founder/president, in a prepared statement.

“I’m proud of the efforts of Casago’s Human Resources Department to identify this need and help spread some holiday cheer.”

Mr. Schwab is also the founder of the Mexico Children’s Foundation, which has assisted hundreds of children across Mexico with their medical procedures and expenses, helped families in economic distress, and offered support for education costs.

Casago has one of its 15 regional offices located in Rocky Point, the release said, noting the company’s commitment to meeting the needs of property owners through exclusive software allowing them to monitor everything from reservations and revenue to maintenance and maid service in real-time.
