Caregiver training site opens in Scottsdale

The new Senior Helpers Center of Excellence in Caregiving has opened in Scottsdale as a comprehensive training facility for certified caregivers and community members who assist the elderly.

The facility is where caregivers, family caregivers and community members can hone their skills and knowledge on administering care to seniors at various stages; plus serve as an extension of the existing Senior Helpers Scottsdale caregiving facility owned and operated for 15 years by husband and wife, Shaun and Tiffany Phelan, who have lived in Arizona for eight years.

“I’m originally from California, where I own another Senior Helpers. I met my husband because we were both franchisees of Senior Helpers and I eventually moved to Arizona to get married and start our family,” stated co-owner, Tiffany Phelan to the Independent.
