AZADI Fine Rugs hosts Angel Program to assist children in need

Scottsdale-based AZADI Fine Rugs founder David Neishabori and his company teamed with the design community, their AZADI Angels, to collect, assemble and distribute food, clothing, toys, games, and treats for children in need.

“The AZADI Angel Program was created because we wanted to give back in a way that would truly impact individuals and organizations in need during the holiday season,” Mr. Neishabori said in a prepared statement.

AZADI supported The Phoenix Children’s Hospital, The Santa Claus Fund in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, The Sedona Community Food Band and Telluride Angel Baskets, by collecting and matching donations from their AZADI Angels, according to a press release.

In addition to an array of over 250 gifts, AZADI donated gift cards and monetary donations just in time for the holiday season.

Mr. Neishabori and AZADI Fine Rugs are passionate about making an impact for non-profit causes. The company philosophy is “Living is Giving,” and AZADI makes it a priority to support a variety of local, national and international charitable initiatives each year.

AZADI Fine Rugs, a release claims, is committed both locally and globally to supporting communities it sees as its extended family. The company believe part of building a business is building a legacy of giving. Locally, it worked with numerous non-profits helping them to raise much-needed funds.

AZADI aims to weave a brighter future for women around the world. In an effort to support the livelihood of women around the globe, AZADI says it is committed to resourcing high-quality products which female weavers and artisans produce.

Procuring these items --- including authentic Navajo rugs, handwoven baskets from the Wounaan tribe of the rainforest and fine rugs from weaving centers in war-torn areas of Afghanistan --- gives women the opportunity to work outside the home and become financially independent, a release claims.

AZADI is involved with local charities such as Save the Family, Florence Crittenton, Susan B. Komen for the Cure and Bras for a Cause. AZADI is certified and recognized globally as a child-labor-free rug company. Their purpose is creating worldwide beauty with an unforgettable experience.
