4EVER Young anti-aging solutions to open late April

Kent Circle Partners announces a new tenant at Shops at Gainey Ranch. 4Ever Young Scottsdale is slated to open the end of April.
This location is the first 4Ever Young franchise to open in Arizona.
Sabre Real Estate Group out of New York City served as the master broker and Western Retail Advisors, LLC served as the local broker for the tenant 4Ever Young in the transaction. José Ramirez with XO Urban Properties represented the landlord.
The 1,440-square-foot Gainey Ranch clinic has three treatment rooms, an aesthetician room, IV lounge. It will employ five staff, including a medical director, Expert Injector PA, RN, medical esthetician, and Wellness consultant. 4Ever Young will offer the latest aesthetic, anti-aging, and wellness treatments to help you feel and look your best.
They provide a personalized, perfectly tailored approach to each person’s health. The anti-aging services include hormone therapy, peptides, cosmetic injections, medical grade facials, IV drips, vitamin injections, weight loss regimens, and semaglutide, the latest weight loss peptide used by celebrities, along with nutrition plans. Every treatment program begins with a consultation with a specialist, an extensive blood work panel to assess your health, and customized recommendations to maximize wellness fully.
4Ever Young Scottsdale is owned by neighborhood residents Tessa and Kellen Pagel. The husband-and-wife duo were collegiate athletes, Kellen played football and baseball for the University of Massachusetts, and Tessa ran track at Kent State University. They are entrepreneurs in the field of health and wellness and own an Orangetheory Fitness in Strongsville, OH.
“Kellen and I believe in being proactive and not reactive when it comes to your health and aging,” Tessa Kellen said in a press release. “We are dedicated to helping people feel better, look better, and enjoy life to the fullest, and we believe health is an investment, not an expense.
