Vestar has sold the Target-anchored Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek for more than $69 million.
The center, at 7666 N. Gantzel Road, was sold to the trusts FCREF Vineyard Towne I LLC and FCREF Vineyard Towne II LLC.
The sale was made in two transactions — $64.3 million to FCREF Vineyard Towne I and $5.2 million to FCREF Vineyard Towne II, according to records from the Pinal County Assessor’s Office.
“Vestar can confirm that a transaction involving Vineyard Towne Center has been completed. The two transactions reflected on the Pinal County Assessor’s website, totaling approximately $69.6 million, accurately represent the deal and together encompass the full property,” according to a statement from Vestar.
The company also stated it “will continue operating the project.”
In January, Vestar announced Vineyard Towne Center had been 100% leased.
Built by Vestar, the $100 million, 260,000-square-foot open-air retail center broke ground in 2021 at the northwest corner of Gantzel and Combs roads.
Vineyard Towne Center features a mix of national, regional and local tenants, with Target and Sprouts anchoring the development. Target opened a 145,000-square-foot store at the center in October 2025.
The tenant roster also includes Mountain America Credit Union, Academy Bank, LifeQuest, Cadence Running Co., Mattress Firm, Zara Nail Bar, Dentists of Queen Creek, Keep It Cut, European Wax Center, Crown One Beauty Supply, Five Guys, Better Buzz Coffee, Thai Chili 2Go, McDonald’s, Over Easy, Café Rio, Cinnaholic, Zaxby’s, Nekter Juice Bar, Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop, Wingstop, and Ono Hawaiian BBQ.
Queen Creek Crossing, another major Vestar development five miles down the road from Vineyard Towne Center, is also 100% leased.
Anchored by Costco, Ashley Furniture and Hobby Lobby, Queen Creek Crossing at 21398 S. Ellsworth Loop Road, spans more than 400,000 square feet.
