The senior-living community Amberlin Queen Creek is celebrating its first birthday.
Amberlin Queen Creek, located at 270 W. Ocotillo Road near Ironwood Drive, held a special ribbon-cutting ceremony on Nov. 7 to mark its first year.
"Thank you for being here in this exciting moment with us. It's truly special for us to celebrate Amberlin Queen Creek officially,” stated Brenda Schraeder, Amberlin Queen Creek community manager, in a Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce press release. “Mostly, thank you to our community members; you are the heart of this community, and everything we do is with you in mind.
“Today isn't just about a building; it's about new beginnings where people will grow, connect and create lasting memories."
Amberlin Queen Creek is a 55+ resort-style, active community that offers studio, one- or two- bedroom apartments for rent.
The property has a resort-style pool with sun deck and grilling stations, pickle ball and bocce ball courts, 24-hour fitness studio, a dog park and a clubhouse.
“Thank you so much for your investment in the community. Thank you so much for what you've brought to the community, filling a much needed gap in our housing,” stated Chris Clark, president and CEO of the Queen Creek chamber, in the release.
