The town of Queen Creek's website redesign has scored a pair of awards.
At the 2024 Digital Government Awards from Granicus, the town received “Website of the Year” recognition.
In addition, the town’s Digital Media Specialist John Zetmeir was named the 2024 Changemaker of the Year in the local government category.
Zetmeir worked directly with the town’s website vendor and led staff through the design selection, layout of information and transition of all the pages and documents from the previous website.
The revamped website retained its color scheme, but it now has a new design, several new features and adjustments to the site layout. For example, the main page now includes more photos, videos, a look at current town projects and snapshot facts about Queen Creek.
Granicus is the town’s website provider.
