Queen Creek park playground set to reopen

Frontier Family Park's playground is closed through Aug. 29.

After being closed for almost a month, the playground at Frontier Family Park will reopen this weekend.

The playground at 20039 S. 220 St. closed on Aug. 3 for turf repairs and will be welcoming children again on Saturday.

The spray pad remained open and available for use during the playground closure. It is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. through September.
