New stores and services will be joining the Queen Creek Marketplace in the coming months.
J.Crew Factory, Perspire Sauna Studio and Jinya Ramen Bar are set to open in the next 12 months, according to a press release from shopping center developer Vestar.
Construction on J.Crew Factory, which carries women’s, men’s and kid’s clothing, began in February, with the store projected to open in May 2025.
Also slated to open soon is Perspire Sauna Studio. Construction is underway and the infrared sauna and red-light therapy studio will be ready to open in April.
Jinya Ramen Bar, known for its slow-simmered ramen broths, will join Queen Creek Marketplace in early 2026.
Queen Creek Marketplace is located at 21398 S. Ellsworth Loop Road.
“We take great pride in selecting tenants who are in-demand for this area, especially those that are either new to the southeast Valley or underrepresented in the region,” Angie Kory, vice president of leasing at Vestar, stated in the release.
J.Crew Factory, Perspire Sauna Studios and Jinya Ramen Bar will join other recent openings at the shopping center, including the breakfast, brunch and lunch spot First Watch, and Carter’s, a clothing store for babies, toddlers and children.
The open-air center is home to Target, T.J. Maxx, ULTA Beauty, Trader Joe's, Kohl’s, Nordstrom Rack, Dave & Buster's, Harkins Theatres, and more than 60 other retailers.
Vestar is also developing Queen Creek Crossing on the northwest corner of Ellsworth and Queen Creek roads and Vineyard Towne Center at 37666 N. Gantzel Road
The 400,000 square foot Queen Creek Crossing is anchored by Costo, Hobby Lobby and Ashley Furniture. The 260,000 square foot Vineyard Towne Center is anchored by Sprouts, with the second anchor, Target, set to open this fall.
