Ashley Furniture Home Store opens Friday at Queen Creek Crossing, as developer Vestar announces that the 400,000-square-foot retail and restaurant space is now 100% leased.

Queen Creek Crossing encompasses 31 acres and is located within Queen Creek’s retail corridor at the cross streets of South Ellsworth Road and East Fulton Parkway.

The shopping center, anchored by Costco, will begin opening Phase 2 tenants by the end of the year, starting with Ashley Furniture Home
Store.

The store will occupy 45,000-square-feet and will be the first Phase 2 retailer to open its doors at 10 a.m., Dec. 15, according to a press release from Vestar.

“The remaining Phase 2 tenants will open spring through fall of 2024. BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, ONO Hawaiian BBQ and The Habit Burger Grill are currently under construction and will be ready to serve the Queen Creek Community by November 2024,” the release stated.

Also slated to open next year are Sleep Number, Batch Cookies, Advanced Orthodontics, Well Groom Pets and Natural Pediatrics.
