Queen Creek council takes up annexation for parking lot

The proposed 0.72-acre parking lot would be located immediately north of Carder Development’s office building on Ellsworth Road.

When it meets on Wednesday, the Queen Creek Town Council will consider the annexation of a small parcel of Maricopa County land that will allow a local real estate development firm to expand its parking lot.

Carder Development is requesting the town to annex the 0.72-acre site.
