The final plat for a condominium development has been approved by the Queen Creek Town Council.
At its Wednesday meeting, the council approved a final plat request by LDR Pacific-Lone MT LLC for 186 units of residential condominiums in the gated rental community Mayberry on Rittenhouse. The community is on Rittenhouse Road east of Sossaman Road.
The plat area is almost 16 gross acres and combines two parcels into one. The parcel provides access off Rittenhouse Road. On June 1, the council approved rezoning the land, as well as a site plan.
“The remaining offsite roadway improvements for the portion of Rittenhouse Road adjacent to this parcel will be constructed with the project. These improvements include but are not limited to landscaping, driveways and deceleration lanes,” according to a staff report.
Mayberry on Rittenhouse will offer single-stony duplexes with two, one-bedroom units; detached single-story two-bedroom homes; two-story townhomes with two, two-bedroom units; and two-story carriage house buildings with six single-bay garages at the first floor and two, one-bedroom units on the second floor, a staff report stated.
The final plat establishes the local street and lot layout for the parcel.
The council unanimously approved the item as part of its consent agenda. All items on the consent agenda are approved or rejected with one vote.
