Queen Creek chamber opens 2026 Business Awards Dinner nominations

The Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce has opened nominations for its 17th Annual Business Awards Dinner.

“This event shines a spotlight on the people and organizations in Queen Creek who continue to demonstrate what makes our community a great place to live, work, and play,” stated Chris Clark, president and CEO of chamber, in a press release. “We know there are incredible stories throughout our community, and we encourage everyone to take a few moments to nominate a business, educator or volunteer who deserves to be recognized for the impact they are making.”

Individuals and businesses will be honored in the following categories:

• Business of the Year
• Emerging Business of the Year
• Educator of the Year
• Volunteer of the Year

The Business of the Year award recognizes a Queen Creek chamber member that has been in business for more than three years and demonstrates excellence in customer service, innovation, business growth and community involvement.

The Emerging Business of the Year award honors a camber member in business for fewer than three years that has already shown exceptional promise, innovation and commitment to the community.

The Educator of the Year award celebrates a teacher or educational support professional who inspires students and makes a lasting difference in the lives of local youth.

Volunteer of the Year recognizes an individual whose outstanding service, leadership and dedication have positively impacted the Queen Creek community. Previous award recipients become eligible again after a two-year period.

The awards dinner will take place on Thursday, Sept. 24 at Encanterra Country Club, 36460 N. Encanterra Drive. Nominations will be accepted through Friday, June 12.

Nominators will be asked to provide the nominee’s contact information, along with a summary explaining why the nominee deserves recognition and how they meet the award criteria.
