New sports and live music bar in west Chandler

 Bourbon Jim’s opened in late June in a strip mall on the southeast corner of Ray and Kyrene roads in west Chandler.

The sports bar and live music venue is behind a Walgreens, in a spot that was formerly the home of Jersey D’s Tavern & Grill.

Regular live music on a stage, more than 20 beers on tap, many bourbon and craft tequila selections and more than a dozen sports-geared big-screen TVs make clear the sports and fun environment.

The menu includes some Southwestern flavors on bar staples, such as hot dogs, burgers and fries.

Co-owner Jolie Boucher reportedly also opened Jolie’s Place and Good Time Charli’s.
