Macayo’s opens 13th Valley location with Queen Creek restaurant

Macayo’s Mexican Food has opened a new restaurant at 22460 E. Ocotillo Road in Queen Creek.

The location features a wrap-around porch-like, dog friendly patio with an indoor/outdoor bar and garage-style doors, according to a release.

Macayo’s Queen Creek hours are 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Sunday.

Macayo’s Queen Creek is the eighth location to open since Kind Hospitality took ownership of the brand five years ago.

Cruz Olivarez serves as general manager. Born and raised in Mesa, he began his career in the hospitality industry in 2011, the release stated.
