Driskill was given the Sharonda Dean Memorial Spirit Award at the First Responders Charity Ball presented by The Sparrow Campaign, according to a post on QCPD’s Facebook page.

Driskill, assigned to the QCPD Special Victims Unit, was honored for her ”exceptional dedication to providing genuine care and justice for victims,” the post stated.

“Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition,” the post added. “Thank you for your dedication and commitment to our community. We are incredibly proud to have you as part of the team.”

The Sparrow Campaign is a nonprofit organization in Casa Grande that supports first responders, hunger awareness, youth leadership and suicide awareness.
