Queen Creek’s Fourth Annual Public Safety Day, where residents can spray a fire hose, watch a K9 in action and meet local police officers and firefighters takes place in February.
The event runs from 9 to 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 22, in the parking lot of the Law Enforcement and Community Chambers building, 20727 Civic Parkway, and at Fire Station 1 directly across the street, according to a town press release.
The community will have an opportunity to meet officers and firefighters, receive public safety information, check out new public-safety vehicles and participate in interactive activities for the whole family. There will also be giveaways and more.
Target and Starbucks will have free coffee and pastries while supplies last.
