Fulton Homes celebrates model homes opening in Promenade

A new Fulton Homes community is celebrating model home openings in San Tan Valley.

Promenade, between Hunt Highway and Empire Boulevard, boasts sweeping views of the San Tan Mountains, resort-inspired amenities, walking trails, parks, aquatic center and quick move-in options, according to a release.

Within Promenade, three distinctive neighborhood series await buyers. The Calistoga, North Shore and Sonoran Coast series together offer 43 different floorplans, the release states.

New model homes, scheduled to open in February, highlight popular options. The Calistoga series features plans ranging from 1,595 to more than 3,050 square feet. These traditional family homes host a variety of room options to suit many different lifestyles. Fully decorated models include the Jerico, Fairwinds, Helena and Tamber Bey.

The North Shore series offers floorplans ranging in size from 1,851 to more than 3,850 square feet. Some of the floorplans feature lofts, and incorporate the extra space of a two story home with the look and feel of a single story home. The loft plans feature open loft areas which can also include additional bedrooms. Fully decorated models include the Harris Beach, Rockaway and Arena Cove.

Located within a quick drive of the North Shore and Calistoga models, the Sonoma Coast series of homes offer floorplans from 2,086 to more than 4,700 square feet. The floorplans have a number of configurations, including traditional single and two-story homes, as well as loft plans and super-sized four- and five-car garages. The fully decorated Sonoma Coast models include the Pelican Bay with Loft, the Duncan's Point and the Timber Cove.

Exclusive Fulton Features are included in all of the Promenade homes, complete with granite countertops, maple cabinets, ceiling fans and more.  Family oriented community amenities include parks with ramadas and play structures for children, as well as an aquatic center.
