Final closeout sales for Cresleigh Homes at Hastings Farms in Queen Creek

Sales of the final 10 homes in the Cresleigh Homes at Hastings Farms subdivision have started.

Cambridge Properties is leading the final closeout sales for the community, according to a press release.

The remaining homes range from approximately 1,600 to 2,600 square feet with prices starting at $490,000.

“Building on the success of Hastings Farms, it was important for us to partner with a sales team that understands the metro Phoenix market and has a proven track record in new home sales,” Wade Kempton, senior vice president of Cresleigh Homes, stated in the release.

Hastings Farms is located near the Queen Creek Marketplace, Schnepf Farms, Frontier Family Park, Pecan Lake Entertainment, Queen Creek Olive Mill and a growing mix of dining, recreation and retail destinations throughout Queen Creek.
