Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has announced the purchase of a 104,300-square-foot industrial building located south of Chandler Municipal Airport.
The buyer is Longpoint Partners, a Boston-based, vertically integrated real estate private equity firm. The sale price wasn’t disclosed.
Built in 2020, the building sits within the 67-acre master planned Chandler Airport Commerce Park. Cushman & Wakefield states the building was vacant at the time of the sale, though Feed the Children still lists the 3475 South McQueen Road building as one of its addresses.
The institutional-quality facility offers a flexible design capable of accommodating a broad range of industrial users, with suite configurations divisible to approximately 20,000 square feet, a news release states.
The building is one of three similar buildings built along the east side of McQueen Road, south of Queen Creek Road. One of the buildings is a main Chandler facility for Viavi, Inc.
The building features a 28-foot clear height, a 190-foot-long fully secured truck court with a 60-foot speed bay, 23 dock-high doors and five grade-level doors.
It also offers 3,000 amps of 277/480-volt, three-phase power.
Other property benefits, according to the release, are truck-capable direct routes to Loop 202, the Chandler Municipal Airport and other tech neighborhoods in the East Valley.
