CVS building in Gilbert sold

The building of a CVS Pharmacy in Gilbert has sold, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.
An entity tracing to Paracorp Inc. acquired the property at 1560 E. Elliot Road on Dec. 12 from CVS Caremark for $3.1 million.
The 16,972 square-foot drugstore was built in 1999 on 2.42 acres on land zoned for neighborhood commercial.
