We’re running out of August weekends in the Valley this summer.

Head underground in downtown Phoenix for a night of local music with a cause, rummage through vintage treasures in the Melrose District, or brave the heat for cold beer and Cardinals football in Glendale.

Here are three decidedly different ways to get off the couch and into the Valley Aug. 21-23.
