“It’s about neighbors getting to know neighbors.”

That’s how Block Watch Leader Louisa Ward described 32 Renewed’s upcoming Community Party, 2-5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7 at Mercury Mine Basin Park, 3325 E. Mountain View Road.

The completely free 11th annual event will offer activities for all ages.

Safety can change in a moment, but feeling safe again can take much longer. This is something I have come to understand through my work as a therapist in Arizona with individuals who have experienced domestic violence and other forms of trauma.
