Phoenix’s Harmon Library is collecting new and gently used Halloween costumes for children of the Central City South Community.
Costumes or accessories for children ages 0–17 can be dropped off Tuesday, Sept. 15 through Thursday, Oct. 15 at the Welcome Desk at Harmon Library, 1325 S. Fifth Ave., during open hours.
Donations will help families celebrate fall costume events without negatively impacting the family budget. Central City South contains about 66% of the city’s Public Housing.
