Posted
INDEPENDENT NEWSMEDIA
Phoenix police are looking for a 5-month-old girl who was taken from her foster family Saturday night.
The girl, Eunice Salinas, was in the care of her foster family when her biological mother, Angelica Salinas, came to the home and “forcibly removed her,” police said.
The mother does not have custodial rights, and “there is concern for the child’s safety,” police said Sunday.
Angelica Salinas is 24 years old, 4-feet 10-inches tall, 135 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. The girl is 15 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the missing person unit at 602-534-2121.
