'Medical event' ends in fatal Phoenix collision

A 51-year-old woman died after a collision Saturday morning in the 1100 block of North 7th Avenue, Phoenix police said.

The crash occurred about 4:30 a.m. near 7^th Avenue and Portland Street where officers responded to find a vehicle that had rolled over and collided with a brick wall, according to a Phoenix Police Department release.

Both occupants of the vehicle were taken to a hospital with serious injuries, and the front-seat passenger, Kelly Greene, did not survive, police said.
