Desert Ridge Marketplace to get three new national retailers

Desert Ridge Marketplace in north Phoenix is welcoming three new tenants: Gap Factory, due to open in September; Ann Taylor Factory, due to open in November; and Sierra, set to open in the spring of 2027.

Desert Ridge Marketplace is welcoming three national brand retailers to its north Phoenix location, according to a release on Tuesday.

Gap Factory, Anne Taylor Factory and Sierra are joining the Marketplace over the next number of months.

Gap Factory is set to open in September in an 8,500-square-foot storefront. Gap offers apparel for all ages.
