The City of Peoria wants to make the streetscape more beautiful by showcasing artwork designed by community members on utility boxes throughout the city.

The city is expanding a pilot program that started with four locations, and is looking for Peoria residents’ artwork to be featured at 10 new locations throughout the city.

Peoria residents of all ages will have the opportunity to submit designs to this art competition.

Artwork will be evaluated by a panel and the Peoria Arts Commission.

Submissions are due by Friday, February 5, 2021.
