Peoria City Council approved final plat for Aloravita North phase 3

Peoria City Council approved the final plat for Aloravita North Phase 3 – Parcel 10, located at the northeast corner of Jomax Road and Eastwing Vista Trail intersection.

The purpose of a final plat is to plat a subdivision for residential use. This final plat creates a total of 66 new lots within the Aloravita North community. All internal roadways will be public and will be maintained by city of Peoria.

If the final plat is not recorded within 60 days of council approval, it will become void. The developer may request re-approval from the city, with the understanding that the city has the option of imposing additional requirements or stipulations.

Aloravita North development has been in growth mode for a number of years now.

In December of 2020 Shea Proctor Valley LLC, a California-based subsidiary of Shea Homes, bought 415 acres of land for $46.77 million at the northeast corner of 75th Avenue and Jomax Road at a state land auction.

As a result of this purchase in the Aloravita North development, more homes have been platted.
