Affirm Wealth Advisors, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC., which has a local office in Peoria, is hosting a community clothing drive in honor of Women’s History Month in March.
Going from Friday, March 8 through Friday, April 5 the clothing drive will benefit Dress for Success Phoenix, a local affiliate of an international nonprofit. Their mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the development tools to help women thrive.
Donations are welcome at Ameriprise Financial, located at 7992 W. Thunderbird Road, Suite 110, in Peoria. Ameriprise Financial is not able to accept cash or check donations.
Affirm Wealth Advisors is accepting women’s suits, skirts, blouses, pants, shoes, jewelry, unopened makeup, and handbags. Professional attire must be in good condition and suitable for wearing to a job interview.
