Peoria-based Westside Concepts has introduced its latest addition to their culinary family – Copper & Sage and Blue Stave, two experiences crafted in collaboration with Chef Evon Profitt.
The concepts, located at 322 E. Camelback Rd., Phoenix, promise to redefine culinary and cocktail experiences, accordng to a news release.
The company held a grand opening Nov. 28.
