New veterinary clinic coming to north Peoria

CityVet Lone Mountain will be owned and led by local veterinarian

Posted

A new veterinary clinic is headed to north Peoria.

CityVet, a network of veterinarian-owned practices, will open its doors in Peoria, June 30, at 29751 N. El Mirage Road, suite 115.

The location marks CityVet’s 61st clinic nationwide. It will be owned and led by local veterinarian Dr. Kelsey Hall.

CityVet offers programs serving people through pet care with kindness for more than 25 years, according to a news release.

The clinic, named CityVet Lone Mountain becomes CityVet’s fourth location in the Phoenix area.

The new clinic will offer a full range of veterinary services, including preventive care, diagnostics, personalized wellness plans, urgent care, and soft tissue surgery.

Hall brings a deep understanding of the neighborhood’s needs and a  commitment to delivering exceptional, personalized pet care, not just as a clinic leader, but also as a Peoria resident herself, the release states.

She earned her doctorate of veterinary medicine from Oklahoma State University and has spent the past eight years practicing throughout the region. Known for her compassionate approach and clear communication style, she has built a reputation for making both pets and their people feel seen, heard and cared for.

Hall’s areas of interest include individualized patient care, soft tissue surgery, and urgent care services, specialties that allow her to create more comprehensive and responsive treatment plans, especially for pets in need of immediate attention or ongoing medical support. She also places an emphasis on personalized wellness plans tailored to each pet’s specific needs, believing that customized care is critical to long-term health and wellbeing.

“My philosophy is simple: listen first, treat second,” Hall said. “Every pet is different, so their care should be too. When we take the time to understand a pet’s lifestyle, history, and specific needs, we’re able to provide medical care that truly supports their long-term wellbeing.”

For Hall, opening this clinic is more than a professional milestone, it’s a personal investment in the community she calls home.

“Peoria isn’t just where I work, it’s where I live, spend time with my family, and run into friends at the park or the grocery store,” she said. “This clinic is an opportunity to serve the people and pets I see every day, and with CityVet’s support I’m proud to build something rooted in trust, familiarity, and genuine care.”
