For-sale townhomes are planned for north Peoria.

City of Peoria

Peoria City Council approved plans at their Aug.11 public meeting to bring a 154-lot single-family attached residential community to the area of El Mirage Road and Lone Mountain Parkway.

The plan included a rezone of 74 acres from suburban ranch to planned area development and a general plan land designation for the site.

The site is bounded on three sides by two of the city’s largest master planned developments — Lake Pleasant Heights/Mystic, and Vistancia.
