Austin-based Castle Hill Partners, developers of the $1 billion Saddleback community, offered an exclusive hard-hat tour of the 5,300-acre project Oct. 22.
The development, upon completion, is anticipated to include around 6,500 single-family homes, 180 multifamily residences, a resort and up to 2 million square feet of commercial development.
