Meet your candidates, watch Peoria forum at local event

The Peoria Chamber of Commerce is offering a candidate meet and greet and forum 4-7 p.m., June 10, at WeSERV, 9001 W. Union Hills Drive, #8.

The chamber and WeSERV are hosing the event and Peoria Independent News Editor Philip Haldiman will moderate a forum with Mesquite District candidates Matthew Bullock and Laura Page. The third candidate Tom Bottorf said he will not participate.

The meet and greet will start at 4 p.m. and end at 6 p.m. The forum will begin at 6 p.m.

This is an opportunity for businesses and residents to learn more about the individuals who will be representing the region in an informal and civil manner. There will be a robust gathering of candidates at the event, including the following:
