Learn more about Peoria’s Graffiti Removal Program
Posted
Graffiti is any writing, drawing, or painting done without permission of the property owner. It is often done in alleys or on walls, fences, buildings, or other public/private property.
Peoria takes graffiti seriously and strives to have it removed or remediated quickly, within 48 hours of reporting.
The property owner ultimately is responsible for the graffiti removal. However, whereas the property owner and the community are victims of graffiti, especially when visible to the public, the City of Peoria has a Graffiti Removal Program available to help get certain graffiti removed quickly and consistently, with the permission of the property owner. For additional program details, visit www.peoriaaz.gov/graffiti.
If residents notice graffiti on a building, sign, or property, email graffiti@peoriaaz.gov or call 623-773-7094.
