Gisela Irmgard Lindner, age 88, of Medford, Oregon passed away Wednes April 2, 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born October 21, 1936 in Dresden Germany to Irma & Kurt Schmiegelt. Gisela survived some terrible times as a child during World War II including when Dresden was bombed. After she met her husband Juergen, and formed her family, they escaped East Germany and immigrated to the United States, starting American life in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is survived by her 3 loving children- Hans-Jorg, Angelika and Viola her 6 grandchildren and her 10 great-grandchildren. Although her presence may no longer grace our lives, her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us!
