The Fall Into Reading celebration continues this week at the Peoria Main Library 8463 W. Monroe St. with more themed events designed to bring stories, creativity and community together all month long.
On Wednesday, Oct. 7, families can cozy up for a Teddy Bear PJ Party from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Bring a favorite stuffed animal for a craft and storytime, then leave your stuffie behind for a special overnight library adventure.
Adults can get creative on Thursday, Oct. 8, during Fall Plate Painting with As You Wish from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Participants will design a festive ceramic plate inspired by fall, with guidance from an As You Wish Pottery instructor. Registration is required.
