Design Peoria’s new library card
Posted
The city of Peoria’s Public Library System is hosting a library card contest.
Residents between the ages of 5-17 are invited to unleash their imagination and showcase their artistic talent by participating in the contest.
Participants are encouraged to create their artwork around the Maricopa County Summer Reading Program's theme “Tails and Tales.”
Entries will be grouped into two categories: children ages 5-11 and teens ages 12-17. A winning design from each age group will be selected and used as the artwork on the next Peoria Public Library System cards.
The grand prize winner will receive a $100 gift card.
Entry forms are available at the Peoria Main and Sunrise Mountain Library service desks, and online at www.peoriaaz.gov/library. Entries must be submitted by July 31, 2021; selected artwork will be announced September 2021.
