Tadayon: In opposition to pickleball courts in PV

Posted

In my view, having pickleball courts in backyard spaces isn't conducive to the essence of Paradise Valley.

One of the key attractions of our area is its natural beauty — the chirping birds, tranquil ambiance and serenity that allow us to fully appreciate our surroundings. The noise generated by people playing pickleball can be highly disruptive to this peace and quiet. I hope individuals exercise common sense and opt to utilize parks when they wish to engage in pickleball activities.

Personally, I also enjoy playing pickleball, but I prefer to do so in designated park areas rather than in my own backyard.
