Smart Fit Method, a fitness and wellness company focused on personalized training and healthy aging, will open two Arizona locations this fall.

For as long as Connor Darnbrough can remember, he and his father, Rob, were always training.

Darnbrough grew up in Canada competing as a free skier while his father was also a competitive athlete. Fitness was a way of life for the two, but looking back, Darnbrough said they were missing an important piece.

“My dad and I were overdosing exercise,” Darnbrough said.
