Paradise Valley Youth Council begins first full year with hands-on agenda

Youth council members prepare to take on local issues and community projects

The Paradise Valley Youth Advisory Council is entering its first full year of work after being officially recognized by the Town Council during a June 11 study session.

The group held its first meeting of the new year Aug. 12, where members discussed their upcoming attendance at the League of Arizona Cities & Towns Conference, received official shirts from the Town Council and outlined priorities for the 2026–2027 school year.

Members will have several opportunities this year to work directly with town leaders and research issues affecting Paradise Valley’s younger residents.
