Paradise Valley Town Council to meet Sept. 24

The Paradise Valley Town Council will meet Sept. 24 to discuss the town’s position in the EPCOR Water Company rate case and several zoning-related matters at Town Hall, 6401 E. Lincoln Drive..

The council will hold an executive session at 3 p.m. to receive legal advice on the EPCOR rate case and contractual services for photo enforcement technology.

The public study session, scheduled to follow, will include discussions on a proposed major special use permit amendment for the Franciscan Renewal Center, zoning ordinance interpretations and amendments to managerial special use permits. No votes or final action will be taken during the study session.
