LA-based restaurant Dave’s Hot Chicken is anticipating opening its first Arizona location Oct. 14 at 1567 N. Cooper Road, Gilbert. The chain, which started as a late-night pop-up, specializes in chicken with seven different heat level choices from no spice to reaper.
