Townhomes planned near Recker, Main in Mesa

The Five Six is made up of mirrored three-story attached townhomes with attached garages. The townhomes have views toward the mountains from the upper-floor bedrooms.

The Five Six development is to be constructed on the east side of the 100 block of North 56th Street and the west side of the 100 block of North 57th Street in Mesa.

A multiple-residence development with 32 three-story townhomes is planned west of Recker Road and north of Main Street in Mesa.

The Mesa Design Review Board on Sept. 10 discussed the look and landscaping for the 1-acre development called The Five Six.

It includes a centralized amenity space on the north side of the development, Staff Planner Charlotte Bridges said during the meeting.
