More Chandler Boulevard repairs, restrictions in week ahead

The city of Chandler reopened Chandler Boulevard at Delaware Street through this weekend,  with plans to make more repairs this week.

On Monday morning, March 2, repaving work will begin and one lane will be open in each direction. Delaware Street will have restrictions to allow for this work, according to a news release.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, March 3 and 4, there will be a westbound right lane closure on Chandler Boulevard.

Through traffic can use the left lane. There will also be a southbound Delaware Street closure.

This work is a result of an emergency sewer line repair, the release states.

Water and wastewater services will continue to be operational while the repairs occur.
