Visitors of the Red Mountain Branch of Mesa Public Library are in for a treat starting March 19.
The Grand Canyon State Model Railroaders are visiting the library on 635 N. Power Road to bring their model railroad display March 19-23. The display features several running trains and model towns with more than 750 square feet of track, according to a press release.
Model train operators will be present to answer questions and show the construction an designed process for the model railroad. The event is free for children and families of all ages.
The display will be present at the library at the following dates and times:
Tuesday, March 19: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
Wednesday, March 20: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
Thursday, March 21: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
Friday, March 22: 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Saturday, March 23: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
