PLANNING AND ZONING

Mesa zoning board to vote on site plan review for potential industrial development

The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board is set to vote on whether to approve a site plan review for a potential industrial development during its March 12 meeting.

The proposed 98,296-square-foot development known as Longbow 202 Shell would be about 840 feet west of the northwest corner of North Recker Road and East McDowell Road. The meeting takes place at 4 p.m. at 57 E. First St.

The request was made by applicant Karen Ohmann of Deutsch Architecture Group on behalf of site owner J & R Repair Service of Arizona LLC. The project site is currently vacant so the applicant is requesting approval of an initial site plan and special-use permit for the industrial development.
